A: There are two ways to exchange the pen nib.
If you have the pen holder as the figure shown, you can follow the steps as below:
STEP1: Insert the old nib to Pen Nib Exchanger, hold tight and pull the pen out of the pen nib exchanger.
STEP2: Pulling out the pen nib
After pulling the pen out of the exchanger, the old pen nib stayed in Pen Nib Exchanger.
STEP3: Insert a new pen nib into the pen.
If you purchased the product which does not have the pen holder, please using tweezers, grasp the nib and draw it out. Once removed, a new nib may be inserted into the pen.

A: Start -> Run -> Type in: services.msc to open up the Windows Services console;
